MSJ Christian Designs was birthed shortly after my father's death. My dad unexpectedly passed away in November 2023. To make a long story short, in his later years, he used to make beaded Swarovski jewelry and drove all the way from South Jersey to Brooklyn, NY as a local street vendor. This experience fueled him because he got to live life and take his mind off his pain. People loved him, he's a people person, and he loved running a business. It was the last business he had before his passing. I didn't expect to create my own jewelry making business at all; it just happened and was inspired by my Dad, and God.
I love taking custom orders. Seeing people's smiles on their faces when they receive their custom item, whether it be jewelry or apparel, fills me with joy!

These sessions are geared for the individual who is new to strength training. I will teach you how to properly execute each exercise and examine your form to ensure that you are utilizing your muscles safely and effectively. You will receive a 15 min complimentary video call prior to our first session so I can learn about your fitness history, current fitness level and access to home equipment. Follow-up materials will be emailed to you, as needed. You may purchase this service as many times as you wish.

1 video call. We will discuss your lifestyle so I can assess your current roadblocks to success. Custom recommendations will be discussed on the call and will be emailed to you (so that you don't have to worry about taking notes during our call). 1:1 WEEKLY VIRTUAL FITNESS *OR* NUTRITION COACHING - monthly

Weekly 30 min video calls. First call: your current obstacles will be assessed, goals will be set and together we will start to plan your success route. From there, our weekly Nutrition calls will entail reviewing your progress and mapping out your plan for the week ahead. Follow-up materials will be emailed to you, as needed. Our weekly Fitness calls will entail me guiding you through your workout.
